Recipe: Chicken Crust Pizza

I'm NOT a food blogger and can't stand scrolling for the recipe, so there's no story to go with this. BUT what I will say is that if you are looking for a yummy, low carb option for pizza, this is it! The picture doesn't do it justice, but I will say that my husband said, "This one might be your best version yet" when he tasted this one...


You need

  • 2 cans of chicken (or you can cook chicken and shred it yourself)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups parmesan cheese

  • basil

  • garlic

  • salt

  • pepper

What you do...

  1. Mix it all together in a bowl

  2. Throw it on your baking sheet (I line mine with a silicone baking mat)

  3. Flatten it out

  4. Bake it for 30 minutes at 375 degrees

  5. Remove it and top it with whatever you like*

  6. Bake 15 more minutes or until the cheese is melted

  7. Take it out, let it sit for 5 minutes, serve it up, and enjoy!


*We love pizza and truly feel like you can't have a bad pizza topping. We just take whatever we have on hand and top our pizza with it, but you can be specific and get pepperoni or sausage crumbles or whatever it is that you like on your pizza and add it.
