Voting

I turned in my ballot today.

This time, it felt bigger than it has in the past. I've gone through a huge mind-shift in the last 8 years, and see things much differently than I did in 2016.
I can say I never would have thought that in 2016, that this year, not only would I be voting for Donald Trump, but I'd have Trump Gear in my household. In fact, if you would have told me that, I would have told you you were crazy.
But 2020 changed so much.
And my kids changed me so much.
And mostly my relationship with God changed me so much.
And the world also changed so much.
I know he's not a saint; DJT has his own issues. But he isn't in this for the money. He is in this because he wants to help American's thrive again.
Who knows what will happen next Tuesday, but I'm grateful for the ability to cast my vote and know the candidate I am picking isn't trying to kill the babies, sterilize our kids, and erase traditional womanhood from the country.
I'm sure the next few months will still be quite nuts. But I'm here for the ride.
